MARRAKECH CHEGAGA 4 DAYS, 3 NIGHTS


 Day 1 Marrakech-High Atlas-Skoura-Valle Rosas-Dades Gorges. Breakfast at the hotel. (Included)

 We toured the Atlas Mountains climbing the impressive Tizi N'Tichka port of 2260m altitude. (4 hours by minibus) We stopped at the High Atlas, in an authentic place, for a drink. Lunch at a restaurant in Ouarzazate meal. There will be typical Moroccan food: a tagine (meat and vegetable dish cooked in clay bowls), meat skewers and salad. There are also dishes for vegetarians (it is convenient that you know in advance the nutritional needs and, above all, those who suffer from allergies). We continue to the Dades Valley, known as the one of the thousands kasbahs. We visit the Skoura kasbah. Accommodation in the Gorges of Dades. We will have the afternoon to walk through the gorges. Dinner at the hotel. (Included)

 

Day 2 GIRLS OF DADAS - VALLE DEL DRAA - OULED DRISS

Breakfast in the Gorges and then continue to the south of the country, crossing the green Draa Valley, a mosaic of colors created by its palm groves, kasbahs, orchards, and Berber villages .. Stop to eat in the picturesque village of N'Kob, with its 45 kasbahs.Accommodation in hotel.

 

Day 3 KASBAH OF OULED DRISS AND GRAND DUNES OF CHIGAGA

In the morning visit of the old kasbah of Ouled Driss, still inhabited by locals. From there 4x4 excursion to Erg Chigaga, the large dunes of 300 meters high and 45 km long, where we enjoyed the sunset with camel ride. Night in Haima. * (Exclusive use). There are showers and bathrooms.

 

Day 4 Erg Chegaga - Iriki Lake - Foum Z Guid - Tazanakht - High Atlas - Marrakech

In the morning, and after catching a glimpse of the sunrise and breakfast between the dunes, we continue our journey to Marrakech. Passing through the Iriki Lake, which in several periods of the year brings water, and is bordered by dunes, the landscape is absolutely fantastic. We arrive at Foum Zguid, an old military post. We continue to Tazenakht, important center of Ouzguda weave fabric, characteristic for its orange pattern. This track was an old section of the famous Paris-Dakar rally. Throughout this area came numerous hunting games with hawks that once practiced the Saudis, as indicated by some adobe ruins that still exist. We continue our way to Ouarzazate, to finish the trip in Marrakech.
