DAY 2 MARRAKECH- ALTO ATLAS - SKOURA - VALLE DE LAS ROSAS - GARGANTAS DE DADÈS
In the morning pick up at the hotel or riad of accommodation in Marrakech, and departure to the Gorges of Dadès, passing through the High Atlas, climbing by the port of Tizi N 'Tichka of 2260m of altitude. Visit the Skoura Valley and one of its kasbahs. We went through the Valley of Roses, through impressive palm groves and Berber villages, to the beautiful landscape of the Dades Valley. Dinner and accommodation in riad.
DAY 3 DATES - ZAGORA -TAGOUNITE - SAHARA: DUNAS DE LIHOUDI
In the morning we will have breakfast and continue our route Tamegroute, old religious center famous for its Koranic Library and its pottery workshops in the open air. Arrival to Tagounite we will depart to the Dunes, Arrival to the desert, where we camp in the haimas of Erg Lihoudi, the Dunes of the Jews. Tea ceremony and dinner prepared by our Berber chef, followed by an evening with percussion music by the nomads of the desert. Night in Haima. (This haimas camp is located in the heart of the desert, all the haimas are provided with mats, blankets, pillows, sheets and the floor lined with typical Berber carpets) *
DAY 4 ERG LIOUDI - KASBAH DE OULED DRISS
In the morning visit of the old kasbah of Ouled Driss, still inhabited by locals. In the afternoon we enjoyed the sunset with camel ride.Night in Hotel.
DAY 5 OULED DRISS - OUARZAZATE
In the morning we visit the town of Tagounite and follow our route, passing through Zagora, until Ouarzazate. Night in Hotel.
DAY 6 OUARZAZATE - Kasbahs of AIT BEN HADDOU - MARRAKECH
In the morning we visit the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, where famous films such asGladiator, Tea in the Desert of Bertolucci, Babel, Lawrence of Arabia and many more have been filmed. We continue to climb the Atlas, by the old route that the caravans of the Sahara traveled to reach Marrakech. After the visit of the kasbah, we follow the route through the High Atlas, back to Marrakech, making several stops to contemplate the spectacular scenery of the route. We eat on the route in a Berber village of the High Atlas and resume the road to Marrakech, where we will arrive in the afternoon. Night in Marrakech
